A note about the ‘ponderings’: I call these ‘ponderings’ rather than ‘tips’ as they’re just something to think about - nothing is right for everyone, so some may resonate with you and others won’t. If you think something might work then give it a try - but if it doesn’t then don’t worry, that just means that it’s just not the right strategy for you. You could try tweaking it - or just try something else…
